Software Update Expiry Reminder
Overview
The Software Maintenance Contract (SMC) entitles QNE customers to unlimited phone, email, and remote access support services, and also software version updates. The software update expiry reminder is just letting you know that your SMC is about to end soon.
If you wish to renew your SMC, just let us know so we can endorse you to our sales team.
If you don’t wish to renew your SMC for now, you may just disregard the reminder.
If you have already renewed your SMC recently, please refer to the KB article below on how to update your license.
