QNE Payroll System Registration

QSS or QNE System Service is used for activating your license or product key on one machine, your Server Computer.

To generate the QSS form, search for ‘QSS’ in your server computer and click the QSS App from the search results to run the QSS.

In the Taskbar > Notifications Area, click on the ‘Show Hidden Icons’ button and right click on the  icon and click on ‘Register QSS.’

Fill in the necessary details on the QSS Registration Form. Please refer to Delivery Receipt provided by the QNE consultant during the training period for your ‘Product ID’ and ‘Solution.’

Click the Generate Service Code button and the Service Code and the Digital Code will be generated. Click the Save button.

Click the Print button.

Save (Export) it as PDF.

Open the QSS Registration Form PDF file, sign it, and Save. You may insert a digital signature.

Send your signed QSS Registration Form to support@qne.com.ph for processing.

Once processing is complete, the QNE Support Team will send you your Registration Key.  

Upon receipt of your Registration Key, open the QNE Service Registration window again.

Type in the Registration Key and click on the ‘Apply to Registration’ button. Once the registration is successful, you will need to restart the Server Computer.
