How to disable Multiple Windows in Optimum

Overview: 

In QNE Optimum, there is an option wherein multiple Windows or multiple Tabs of the same transaction form can be disabled. This is commonly used for users who don’t want to deal and easily got confused with multiple transactions or window being opened.

Procedure:

1. Go to Maintenance > System Options

2. Untick Allow Multiple Windows and click Save

Application:

Go to any transaction forms e.g. Purchase Requisition, PR List View will show. Open one PR document (PR 00004), then try to select another document (PR 00003). Notice that even document is clicked many times, the system will not display the transaction. It is because currently there is an existing opened Purchase Request document.

Previous document window/tab must be closed to be able to view another document.

Note: This shall take effect in ALL users of the same database
