How 'Import from System Pre-Defined Roles' Works

Overview:

Setting up of User Role usually takes time when doing from scratch. To reduce the time of doing it, QNE already have pre-defined roles which user may just copy and just amend it based on the missing access.

Procedure:

1. Go to Maintenance > System Roles.

2. Click New, and select on the dropdown selection which system pre-defined role will be copied.

3. Once identified, click Import. Wait until the importation will be done.

4. Proceed to add or amend base on the currently ticked access right. Once done, click Save.
