How to use Drag and Drop with Reset Feature in Transaction Table

Overview:

Column Chooser allows users to hide or show columns not included on the default view of the details tab.

To let the user easily arrange the columns, the Drag and Drop with Reset feature can use to rearrange the columns or restore the table to its default order.

Scenario:

Set up preferred column order to show while creating Sales Invoice transaction.

Procedure:

1. On the Navigation Pane> Sales and select Sales Invoices. Click ‘Add’ to create new transaction.

2. Scroll down on the Details portion. To re-arrange the columns, click the column you want to move, drag then drop it on the desired location on the table.

3. This shows the column was moved to another position. To revert back to its default order, click on the Column Options and this will open the Column Chooser.

4. On the Column Chooser, at the bottom click the ‘Reset’ button. This will show 3 options to reset the columns.

Reset Options:

● Reset Column Visible - restores the visibility of columns in the table to their default view.

● Reset Column Position - restores the arrangement of the columns to their default order

● Reset Both - restores both the visibility and arrangement of the columns to their default order

Application:

On the created Sales Invoice > Details tab, reset the column by clicking ‘Reset Both’ in the column chooser.

Column order reverted back to their default order.
