Solution:
1. Mark Payment and Collection as PDC
Ensure that all payments and collections are marked as "PDC" during transaction recording. This step is necessary for the transactions to be included in the report.
2. Navigate to the Reports Section:
Go to Reports > GL Reports > Master Reports.
3.Select the Appropriate PDC Report:
- To view customer-related post-dated cheque transactions, select Post Dated Cheque Received Listing (Customer).
- To view supplier-related post-dated cheque transactions, select PDC Issued (Supplier).
4. Apply Relevant Filters, to generate a precise report, apply filters based on:
- Date range (e.g., specific months or quarters)
- Document Number/Code
- Projects
- Cost Centre
5. Generate and Review the Report,
- Click on the Preview or Inquiry button.
- Review the report to ensure accuracy.
