How to Transfer Sales Documents by Batch

Modified on Fri, Mar 21 at 3:36 PM

Overview:

The Batch Transfer feature in QNE Optimum enables users to transfer multiple sales documents in a single process, improving efficiency and accuracy in document management.

Scenario:

A user needs to transfer multiple Sales Orders to Delivery Orders. Instead of processing each document individually, they use the Batch Transfer function to streamline the workflow, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistency.

Procedure:

 1. Navigate to Sales > Batch Transfer Sales Document. In this form, users can filter records by Date, Customer, Agent, Area, Category, Control, and Project.

(A) The user selects which document requires transfer to another document (e.g., Sales Orders).

(B) The user selects the source documents and specifies the target document (e.g., Sales Orders transfer to Delivery Orders).

(C) Doc Date defaults to the Current Working Date, but the user can select a different date if needed.

(D) Click Inquiry, and the system will retrieve only outstanding documents.

(E) Tick the checkboxes for the documents that need to be transferred.

(F) Click Generate to proceed with the transfer. The system will transfer from Sales Orders to Delivery Orders accordingly.

2. All transferred documents can be accessed within their respective transactions, such as Delivery Orders in this case.

Application:

A sales coordinator needs to process multiple Sales Orders and convert them into Delivery Orders for fulfillment. Instead of handling each order individually, they use the Batch Transfer function to streamline the process, reducing manual workload and ensuring timely order processing.
