backups, the system provides a database backup warning that prompts users when a backup has not been
performed for a specified number of days.
Scenario:
To avoid missing database backups, users can enable the backup reminder, which will prompt a warning
message when logging into the system if a backup has not been made within the defined period.
Solution:
Navigate to System Options:
Go to Maintenance > System Options > System Tab in the system.
- Enable Backup Reminder:
Locate the 'Backup Reminder' option.
Tick the checkbox to activate the reminder feature
Enter the number of days for the reminder prompt in the 'Prompt Backup Reminder message if
last backup is more than' field.- Click Save to apply the changes.
- Login to View Backup Reminder:
Once set, the system will display a backup reminder message upon login if the last backup
exceeds the defined number of days.
