How to Allow Editing of Sub-items within the Bundle
Problem Scenario:
Bundled Item is used to grouped several items together (sub-items) and sold it as a single unit for one price. However, there are instances that a certain Sales transaction may not use exactly the same items within the bundle. Thus, system has an option to allow modification of the set Bundled Item. It may be a replacement of another item, removal or adding a new item.
Procedure:
1. To allow editing of Bundled Item, go to Maintenance > System Options > Stocks. Tick Allow to Edit Stock Bundle.
How does it work?
Below is the existing setup of a sample Bundled Item.
Go to Sales Invoice, select the sample Bundled Item and replace one of the sub-items e.g., AZ56K-EXT was changed to CANON BJC-210 SP.
