How To Check Connected Users In QLS

HOW TO CHECK CONNECTED USERS IN QLS

Problem Scenario(s):

Upon login in the system, user may encounter like error below, pertaining to concurrent user limit.

Resolution(s):

Go to Start > search QLS

In the panel applet, click Connected Users

A window will open where the list of users currently connected will appear.

This may be used by the admin user for multiple purposes such as checking suspicious login, checking of users who may accidentally closed the system without proper logout, etc.
