Overview:
QNE AI Cloud allows organizations to manage multiple users with varying roles and permissions, ensuring that tasks can be distributed efficiently and securely across departments. Inviting a user to your QNE AI Cloud account enables collaboration, audit tracking, and role-based access to company data, promoting streamlined accounting workflows.
Scenario:
Your accounting team is expanding, and you’ve recently hired a new finance officer. You want to give them access to QNE AI Cloud, but only with permission to manage accounts payable and view financial reports. To do this, you need to invite the user and assign them an appropriate role that reflects their responsibilities.
Procedure:
To invite a new user to your QNE AI Cloud company, follow these steps:
Step 1: Invite a User.
- Navigate to Account > Users.
- Select Standard Users tab and click Invite.
- In the pop-up window, enter the user's Email Address and Display Name, then click Invite to proceed.
Step 2: Assign a Role to the User.
The invited user will appear in the standard users list. Invited users will only be able to log in if a role has been assigned.
- Click on Attach next to their name.
- Assign a suitable role to control the user's access and permissions. Choose from predefined roles or create a custom one if necessary.
Application:
Once invited, the user will receive an email invitation to access your company. They should click the Access Company button and log in using their registered email address. Upon logging in, they will be able to access the system based on the role and permissions assigned to them.
