Procedure:

To reset a forgotten password in QNE AI Cloud, follow these steps:

1. On the QNE AI Cloud login page, click the Forgot Password? link located below the email field.
     
2. Type in the email address associated with your QNE AI Cloud user account. This should be the same email your system administrator or owner used when inviting you to the system. Then, click Reset Password.
    
3. A message will appear confirming that a password reset email has been sent to your inbox.
    
4. Check your inbox for your new password. Look for an email from QNE Optimum with the subject line “Reset Password – Your password has been reset”. If you don’t see it in your
    inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
     
5. You’re done! Use the system-generated password from the email to log in to QNE AI Cloud.
