BIR Form 2307 is a certificate used to report creditable withholding taxes (CWT) deducted from payments to suppliers, vendors, or service providers. It serves as proof that taxes have already been withheld and can be claimed as a tax credit by the payee.
This feature allows you to generate BIR Form 2307 directly from the system using recorded transactions and withholding tax data.

Quickly produce accurate and compliant Form 2307 certificates, reducing manual work and minimizing errors.
Scenario:
Your company made several payments to a service provider during the quarter, with Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) applied to each transaction.
At the end of the reporting period, the service provider requests their BIR Form 2307 as proof of taxes withheld. Instead of preparing the certificate manually, you generate it from the system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Procedure:
Go to Reporting > Report Center > BIR Reports > BIR Forms and Reports.
Select BIR Form 2307 from the report list.
Under Filter, set the report parameters:
Select the applicable period
Select the Supplier’s BIR Info/Classification
Click Preview to generate and display the BIR Form 2307 report.
To generate a re-print copy, select BIR Form 2307 Re-print from the report drop-down list.
After generating the report, verify the following:
Confirm supplier/payee details.
Verify taxable amounts and withheld tax.
Click Export and choose your preferred format.
