HOW TO SHOW CANCELLED WATERMARK IN TRANSACTIONS PRINTOUT?
‘CANCELLED ‘word watermark is added and is displayed behind the text in a document printout. This will help the user to identify if a particular document for print is already voided.
To Show Cancelled Watermark in Cancelled Transactions, Go to Maintenance Tab > System Options > Report Tab
Tick ‘Show Cancelled Watermark’ then click SAVE.
Go to a transaction e.g., Purchase Invoice and look for a cancelled document. Generate a Preview Format.
Cancelled watermark is now shown.
