QuickScan Documents convert to Cash Purchase and Purchase Invoice

Overview:

Cash Purchases and Purchase Invoices are transactions related to stocks. Scanning these documents into QuickScan will require stock maintenance to capture the detailed line items of the transactions. This article covers how to convert the captured data in QuickScan Documents to Cash Purchase and Purchase Invoice.


Scenario:

To convert attachment into a Cash Purchase transaction using Quickscan.


Solution::

1. Under the Navigation Pane, go to AI Module > QuickScan. Click Upload to upload the document to convert.



2. Drag or browse the document to upload then click Submit. Wait until the document has been uploaded successfully.



3. Click the checkbox of the transaction to convert. This will enable the Convert button, then click it.



4. Under QuickScan Details, select which transaction the document will be converted and double-check the details.




5. At the bottom part of the page, click Convert to Cash Purchase depending on the user's selection, to convert the document into the respective transaction entry. This will autoconvert the scanned document to a transaction.




Application: 

Users can now view the uploaded document that has been converted to a Cash Purchase.
