How to Generate Bank Balance via AI QBot

Overview:

QBot is a feature within QCA that simplifies report generation for users. One of such reports it offers is the Bank Balance for all the bank accounts connected to your company. QBot keeps track of your bank balances and enables you to generate reports for two specific timeframes: today's balance and last month's balance.

Procedure:

1. In Header options, click ‘AI Chatbot’

2. On the keywords provided below, select ‘Bank’

3. Upon clicking Bank, Select a Bank GL Account, ‘METROBANK’

Listed GL Accounts are the account tagged as Bank or Cash Account in Chart of Accounts

4. Select coverage based on provided options, 'Last Month’.

5. AI QBot will provide the Bank Balance. Click ‘Yes’ to generate a reference Report.

6. Report will be generated.

Note: In any case that the download does not automatically start, click the URL provided to download it

manually

You can now view a detailed reference report of Bank Balance via PDF.
