How to Generate Sales via AI QBot

Overview:

QBot is a feature within QCA that simplifies report generation for users. It can generate reports including sales data to provide insights into sales performance. QBot tracks sales data and allows users to generate reports for various time frames including today, current month, current quarter, and year-to-date.

Procedure:

1. In Header options, click ‘AI Chatbot’

2. On the keywords provided below, select ‘Sales’

3. Upon clicking Sales, Select coverage based on provided options, ‘This Month’.

4. AI QBot will provide the Total Sales. Click ‘Yes’ to generate a reference Report.

5. Report will be generated.

Note: In any case that the download does not automatically start, click the URL provided to download it manually.

Application:

You can now view a detailed reference report of Sales via PDF.
