How to use Train my QuickScan


Overview:

Train my QuickScan is a module where keywords to be used upon QuickScan conversion will be maintained. This is the repository of keywords that once detected, it will show the corresponding GL Account to be used for transaction. 

 

Scenario:

To maintain a keyword that will be detected under Bills once converted.

 

Procedure:

1. Under Navigation Panel, go to AI Module > Train my QuickScan.


2. Click Add.


3. Enter the following details. 

        a. Conversion Type: Bill or Payment Voucher

        b. Item Name: Keywords (Can be multiple items)

        c. Account: GL Account to be used upon detection of the keyword

        d. Tax Code: Tax Code to be used once detected (Optional)


4. To Add Multiple Item Names, click Add Item. Once done click Submit.


5. This will be automatically added on the list. For other function:

        a. Clone: Duplicate existing item on the list and amending some details

        b. Edit: Edit the current item

        c. Delete: Delete the keyword



Application:

Convert attachment with maintained keywords.


As shown above, there are 2-line items on the Cash Invoice. The first line was detected due to the keyword ‘Diesel’, while the 2nd line was not detected because any of the keyword for the 2nd line has not been maintained.
