1. Printing, Emailing & Reporting Improvement
Users can now print and email multiple transactions at once across all DevExpress-based transaction screens. This streamlines document distribution, reduces repetitive work, and saves time.
2. Generate Annual QAP Excel for BIR 1604E
A new button allows users to generate the annual BIR 1604E Excel file directly from the system, simplifying tax reporting and ensuring compliance. 3. Custom Period Comparison in Financial Statements
Users can now generate comparative reports for up to five custom periods in the Statement of Comprehensive Income and Financial Statement Comparison, enabling easier analysis of financial performance over selected intervals. 4. Apply E-Statement Email Content in SOA Batch Email Sending
The email content for Statements of Account (SOA) batch emails can now be customised, ensuring consistent messaging and professional communication with customer.5. Certificate of Donation in Receipt Voucher/Receive Payment
Users can now include a Certificate of Donation directly in receipt or payment transactions, simplifying reporting for charitable contributions.
6. TIN Field Removal in TXT File
The TIN field has been removed under Details in the Receipt and Payment Journal TXT file and under File Layout in the TXT file, reducing redundancy and ensuring compliance with updated file format
7. Allow Saving BIR Info with TIN 000-000-000
Users can now save company BIR information even when the TIN is set as 000-000-000, improving flexibility for cash transactions and placeholder data. 8. VAT Relief CSV File Data Mapping Updated
The system now applies an improved mapping for VAT Relief CSV files, ensuring correct and accurate reporting.
9. Debtor and Creditor Control Accounts in General Ledger Report
Control accounts for debtors and creditors are now included in the General Ledger report, providing a more complete view of financial balances and simplifying reconciliation. 10. Enhanced Customer and Supplier Search in Transactions
Users can now search transactions by secondary customer or supplier names, making it easier to locate records in high-volume system. 11. Standardized Country Field Display in Statement of Account Report
The country field has been enhanced to display the full country name in SOA reports, ensuring greater clarity and improved data accuracy.12. Additional Columns in Stock Inquiry
A new “Unit Cost” column is now displayed by default in stock inquiries, giving immediate access to cost information for inventory management. 13. Report Designer Enhancement
Several new fields have been added across multiple report designers to improve data visibility and reporting flexibility. These changes allow users to include additional company, customer, and transaction information in their reports: Customer and Supplier Ledger Reports: Added Company Name 2 Sales Analysis Report Designer: Added Detail Description Sales Transactions Report Designer: Date Ref 1 and Date Ref 2 available in field list Bank Reconciliation Checklist Report Designer: Added Detail Description Customer Sales Transaction Reports: Added Business Nature These enhancements allow for more detailed and accurate reporting, giving users better insights into their business data.
