How to Update Your Profile in QNE AI Cloud

Overview:

Your profile in QNE AI Cloud contains basic personal information used across the system for identification, communication, and personalization. Keeping your profile up to date—particularly your name, contact number, and profile picture—ensures a professional presence and allows your colleagues and system administrators to reach you when needed.

Scenario:

You recently got married and wish to update your display name in the system. You also changed your mobile number and want to make sure your new contact is on file. Additionally, you want to upload a professional-looking profile photo to reflect your company’s branding guidelines.

Procedure:

Note: Only your avatar, display name, and phone number are editable. Your email address is not editable and is managed by your system administrator.

To update your profile in QNE AI Cloud:

1. Navigate to Account > Account Settings.
     
2. On the Basic Settings page, you may update the following:
   • Avatar
     Click the Change Avatar button to upload a new image. Supported formats typically include JPG and PNG.
     
   • Display Name
     Enter your preferred name as you want it to appear within the system. This is how other users will see your name on transactions and approvals.
      
   • Phone Number
     Update your mobile number to keep your contact details up to date.
      
   • After making the changes, click Update Profile to apply your updates. A confirmation message will appear once the update is successful.

Lea, a sales coordinator, wanted to switch from her nickname “Lei” to her full name “Lea Santos” for better clarity on client-facing documents. She updated her display name and uploaded a professional headshot to match her company’s branding.

Example 2:

Jasper, an accounting assistant, recently changed his mobile number. To keep his contact details up to date in QNE AI Cloud, he updated the phone number in his profile. This ensures his information remains accurate for any future use.
